1. Eligibility

Inc., www.TravelAdvisor.Luxe, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and travel partners are not eligible to enter or win.

1.4 The Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entrants are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.

2. Contest Period

2.1 The Contest begins on [Start Date] at [Time, Time Zone] and remains open until the entry threshold described in Section 4 is reached (the "Contest Period").

2.2 The Contest does not have a fixed closing date. The winner will be drawn only once the Sponsor has received one thousand (1,000) valid, verified entries. Entrants are strongly encouraged to share the Contest to help reach this threshold — share, share, share!

2.3 The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to close entries, extend the Contest Period, or draw a winner prior to reaching 1,000 entries where required by law or where the Sponsor determines it is commercially reasonable to do so. In such an event, notice will be posted at www.TravelAdvisor.Luxe.

3. How to Enter

3.1 Standard Entry: Visit www.TravelAdvisor.Luxe and complete the official Contest entry form in full, including a valid name, email address, and any other required fields. One (1) standard entry per person.

3.2 Bonus Entries: Entrants may earn additional entries by completing designated site member tasks, which may include (without limitation) newsletter subscription, social media follows, referral sharing, profile completion, and other actions listed on the Contest page. The number of bonus entries awarded per task, and the availability of each task, is determined solely by the Sponsor and is subject to change. Full details of all available bonus entry methods are published at www.TravelAdvisor.Luxe.

3.3 All entries must be submitted by the Entrant personally. Entries submitted by third parties, automated systems, scripts, bots, entry services, or any means that circumvent the intended entry process will be disqualified.

3.4 Entries that are incomplete, illegible, falsified, duplicated (beyond permitted bonus entries), or that contain false or misleading information will be void.

3.5 Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, or not received for any reason, including technical failures.

3.6 All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged individually.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

4.1 One (1) winner will be selected in a random draw from all valid entries received, conducted once one thousand (1,000) valid entries have been verified. Multiple winners may be announced only if expressly stated on the Contest page.

4.2 The draw will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative using a randomized selection method. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

4.3 The potential winner will be notified within seven (7) business days of the draw via the email address and/or social media handle provided at entry.

4.4 The potential winner must respond and confirm acceptance within five (5) calendar days of the first notification attempt. Failure to respond within this period, an undeliverable notification, or a declined prize will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. This process may be repeated as necessary.

4.5 Prior to prize award, the winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) a Publicity Release within the timeframe specified by the Sponsor.

The nightly room rate and applicable mandatory taxes for the awarded room category will be paid in full directly by www.TravelAdvisor.Luxe.
Room category, property, destination, and travel dates are subject to availability and to blackout dates imposed by the property or the Sponsor.

5.2 Custom Itinerary

A complimentary custom travel itinerary professionally curated by the winner's Luxury Travel Advisor, Valentina Chastain, with an approximate retail value of $350 USD per week.
Unlimited revisions to the custom itinerary are included, at no additional charge, until the winner is satisfied.

5.3 Advisor Services

Consultation, planning, and coordination services provided by the winner's dedicated Luxury Travel Advisor.
Negotiation, on the winner's behalf, of any potential room upgrades, food and beverage credits, amenities, or courtesies (see Section 7).

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the total prize: $[Insert ARV] USD. The actual value may vary based on destination, season, and availability. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value will not be awarded.

6. The Prize — What Is NOT Included

The winner is solely and fully responsible for all costs and arrangements not expressly listed in Section 5, including but not limited to:

6.1 Credit Card Required at Check-In

The winner must present a valid credit card in their own name at check-in to cover any and all incidentals, extra room charges, all-inclusive fees, resort fees, damage, and any other charges incurred during the stay. The property will place an authorization hold on this card in accordance with its own policies.

Failure to present a valid credit card at check-in may result in denial of accommodation, and the prize will be deemed forfeited with no substitution, refund, or compensation of any kind.

6.2 Debit cards, prepaid cards, and cash deposits may not be accepted by the property. It is the winner's responsibility to confirm the property's payment policy in advance.

7. Custom Itinerary — Approval, Revisions & Bookings

7.1 Winner Approval Required. The Sponsor will prepare a custom itinerary based on the winner's stated preferences, interests, budget, and travel style.

7.2 Unlimited Revisions. The winner may request unlimited revisions to the draft itinerary at no cost.

7.3 No Bookings Prior to Approval. The Sponsor will not and cannot book restaurants, spa appointments, excursions, tours, transfers, or any third-party reservation on the winner's behalf until the winner has expressly approved the itinerary in writing (email confirmation is sufficient).

7.4 Availability Is Not Guaranteed. Approval of an itinerary does not guarantee availability. Restaurants, spas, excursion operators, and other third-party vendors are independent businesses with their own inventory, policies, and discretion. Where a requested reservation cannot be secured, the Sponsor will propose reasonable alternatives.

7.5 Third-Party Costs Payable by Winner. All reservations booked on the winner's behalf remain the financial responsibility of the winner, including deposits, prepayments, minimum spends, and cancellation or no-show penalties imposed by the vendor.

7.6 Delays Caused by Non-Approval. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost availability, price increases, or missed reservations resulting from a winner's delay in approving the itinerary.

8. Upgrades, Credits & Negotiated Courtesies

8.1 The winner's Luxury Travel Advisor, Valentina Chastain, will use commercially reasonable efforts to negotiate value-added amenities on the winner's behalf with the establishments the winner wishes to visit or reserve. These may include, without limitation: room upgrades, food and beverage credits, spa credits, complimentary breakfast, early check-in, late check-out, welcome amenities, resort credits, and priority reservations.

8.2 All such amenities are discretionary, non-guaranteed, and granted solely at the discretion of the individual property or vendor. They are typically subject to availability at the time of arrival and may be withdrawn without notice.

8.3 The Sponsor makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that any upgrade, credit, or courtesy will be secured, honored, or delivered. The absence of such amenities does not entitle the winner to any refund, substitution, or compensation.

8.4 Negotiated credits and amenities are non-transferable, hold no cash value, and cannot be exchanged, redeemed for cash, or applied to charges other than those specified by the granting establishment.

9. Prize Conditions & Restrictions

9.1 Non-Transferable. The prize is awarded to the named winner only and may not be sold, auctioned, traded, assigned, or transferred to any third party.

9.2 No Cash Alternative. No cash equivalent, credit, or substitution will be offered, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

9.3 Travel Companions. Where the awarded accommodation includes occupancy for more than one (1) person, the winner may bring a guest or guests up to the maximum occupancy of the booked room category. Additional occupancy charges, extra-bed fees, or child supplements imposed by the property are the winner's responsibility. All travel companions must be at least eighteen (18) years of age unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, and each companion (or their guardian) must execute a Liability and Publicity Release prior to travel.

9.4 Booking Window. Travel must be booked within six (6) months of the winner's acceptance of the prize and completed within twelve (12) months of the winner's acceptance. Prizes not booked and travelled within these windows are forfeited in full, with no extension, substitution, or compensation.

9.5 Blackout Dates. Travel is subject to availability and excludes major holidays, peak season dates, and any blackout periods imposed by the Sponsor or the property. Requested dates must be confirmed in writing by the Sponsor before they are considered secured.

9.6 Changes & Cancellations. Once accommodations are confirmed, any change or cancellation requested by the winner is subject to the property's own policies. Any change fees, cancellation penalties, or rate differences arising from a winner-initiated change are the sole responsibility of the winner. A cancellation by the winner may, at the Sponsor's sole discretion, result in complete forfeiture of the prize.

9.7 No Loyalty Accrual. Prize stays are typically booked at complimentary or promotional rates and may not be eligible for hotel loyalty points, airline miles, elite-night credit, or status benefits. The Sponsor makes no guarantee regarding loyalty program eligibility.

9.8 Conduct. The winner and any companions are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with the policies of the property and applicable law. The Sponsor accepts no responsibility for, and will not reimburse any costs arising from, a winner's removal from a property, denial of service, arrest, damage charges, or refusal of entry to any country.

9.9 Unused Elements. Any portion of the prize not used is forfeited and holds no cash value. Shortening a stay does not entitle the winner to a refund, credit, or partial payment.

10. Travel Insurance & Personal Responsibility

10.1 Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is not included in the prize. The Sponsor recommends that the winner and all companions obtain comprehensive coverage including trip cancellation and interruption, medical and evacuation, baggage, and personal liability protection.

10.2 The winner is solely responsible for ensuring they meet all entry requirements for their destination, including passports, visas, health documentation, and any immigration or customs requirements in force at the time of travel.

10.3 The winner acknowledges that travel involves inherent risks and voluntarily assumes all such risks, including those associated with any excursion, activity, or experience arranged as part of the itinerary.

11. Taxes

11.1 All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes arising from the receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

11.2 Where required by law, the Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC (or the applicable equivalent in the winner's jurisdiction) reporting the Approximate Retail Value of the prize. The winner may be required to provide a valid Social Security Number, Taxpayer Identification Number, or equivalent tax identifier before the prize is released. Failure to provide required tax documentation will result in forfeiture.

11.3 Entrants are advised to consult an independent tax professional regarding any tax obligations arising from the prize.

12. Publicity, Name, Image & Likeness

12.1 By entering the Contest, and except where prohibited by law, each Entrant consents to the use of their name, city and country of residence, social media handles, photographs, video, likeness, voice, biographical information, and any testimonial or statement provided, by the Sponsor and its affiliates for advertising, marketing, promotional, editorial, and publicity purposes.

12.2 Such use may occur on the Sponsor's website at www.TravelAdvisor.Luxe, on Glitz-N-Glam Co. Inc. properties, in email marketing, in print and digital advertising, and across all social media channels, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, review, approval, or compensation.

12.3 The winner agrees to reasonable participation in publicity activities, which may include providing photographs from the trip, a short written or recorded testimonial, and tagging or crediting the Sponsor in the winner's own social media posts relating to the prize.

12.4 Any content submitted by an Entrant or winner (including photographs and captions) must be original, must not infringe any third-party rights, and must not contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or offensive material. By submitting content, the Entrant grants the Sponsor a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, and display that content for the purposes described above.

12.5 Entrants who do not wish to have their name or image published may notify the Sponsor in writing prior to the draw; however, where a publicity release is a lawful condition of prize award in the winner's jurisdiction, refusal to grant publicity rights may result in forfeiture of the prize.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

13.1 Personal information collected through this Contest is collected, used, and disclosed by the Sponsor for the purposes of administering the Contest, verifying eligibility, awarding the prize, arranging travel, and — where the Entrant has consented — for marketing communications.

13.2 Personal information may be shared with third parties strictly as necessary to fulfil the prize, including hotels, resorts, tour operators, restaurants, and other travel suppliers.

13.3 All personal information is handled in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at www.TravelAdvisor.Luxe, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13.4 Entrants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information by contacting the Sponsor. Requesting deletion of information necessary to administer the Contest prior to the draw will result in withdrawal of the entry.

13.5 Marketing consent may be withdrawn at any time using the unsubscribe link in any communication or by contacting the Sponsor directly.

14. Disqualification & Fair Play

14.1 The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Entrant who:

tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or website;
uses bots, scripts, macros, multiple email addresses, false identities, or entry services;
violates these Terms or any applicable law;
acts in a manner that is abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or otherwise disruptive toward the Sponsor, its staff, its partners, or other Entrants; or
misrepresents their eligibility.

14.2 The Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any person who deliberately undermines the legitimate operation of the Contest, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14.3 In the event of a dispute over the identity of an Entrant, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address or social media account used at the time of entry.

15. Limitation of Liability & Release

15.1 By entering, each Entrant releases and holds harmless Glitz-N-Glam Co. Inc., www.TravelAdvisor.Luxe, Valentina Chastain, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and travel partners (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Contest or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.

15.2 Independent Suppliers. The Sponsor acts solely as an intermediary and travel advisor. Hotels, resorts, airlines, restaurants, spas, transportation providers, and excursion operators are independent third parties not owned, operated, or controlled by the Sponsor. The Sponsor is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, negligence, insolvency, overbooking, service quality, or property standards of any such supplier.

15.3 Force Majeure. The Sponsor is not liable for delay, cancellation, or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, epidemics, government travel restrictions or advisories, border closures, strikes, labour disputes, civil unrest, terrorism, war, supplier insolvency, or technical failure.

15.4 Technical Issues. The Sponsor is not responsible for website malfunctions, network or server failures, transmission errors, or any technical problem that may affect entry, administration, or notification.

15.5 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Released Parties shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of enjoyment, profits, or opportunity.

15.6 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Modification, Suspension & Termination

16.1 The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate the Contest, in whole or in part, at any time, without prior notice, including where fraud, technical failure, insufficient entries, or any other cause beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control compromises the integrity or proper administration of the Contest.

16.2 Any material changes to these Terms will be posted at www.TravelAdvisor.Luxe. Continued participation following such posting constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. Entrants are encouraged to review the Terms periodically.

16.3 In the event of termination, the Sponsor may, at its discretion, award the prize by random draw from all eligible entries received up to the time of termination.

17. Governing Law & Disputes

17.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert State/Province and Country], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

17.2 Entrants agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the courts located in [Insert Jurisdiction].

Entrants release these platforms in full and acknowledge that any information provided is submitted to the Sponsor and not to the platform.

18.2 Entrants must comply with the terms of service of any platform used to complete bonus entry tasks.

19. Winner's List

A statement of the winner's first name and city of residence will be published at www.TravelAdvisor.Luxe within thirty (30) days of the draw and will remain available for a period of ninety (90) days. Alternatively, entrants may request the winner's name in writing at the contact address below.

21. Entrant Acknowledgement

By submitting an entry to the WIN A Dream Vacation Contest, each Entrant confirms that they:

have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules, Terms & Conditions in their entirety;
meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 1;
understand that only accommodations for up to one (1) week are paid for by www.TravelAdvisor.Luxe, and that all other costs — including airfare, all-inclusive fees, resort fees, incidentals, meals, activities, and taxes — are the winner's sole responsibility;
understand that a valid credit card in the winner's own name must be presented at check-in, and that failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize;
understand that the complimentary custom itinerary (valued at $350 USD per week) includes unlimited revisions, and that no reservations will be made on the winner's behalf until the itinerary is approved in writing;
understand that upgrades, food and beverage credits, and other courtesies negotiated by their Luxury Travel Advisor, Valentina Chastain, are requested but never guaranteed;
consent to the publication of their name, social media handles, and photographs at www.TravelAdvisor.Luxe and across the Sponsor's marketing channels, except where prohibited by law;
understand that the winner will be selected by random draw once 1,000 valid entries have been received, and that additional entries may be earned by completing site member tasks detailed at www.TravelAdvisor.Luxe;
acknowledge that the Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy and any Contest-specific details published on the entry page at www.TravelAdvisor.Luxe, constitute the entire agreement between the Entrant and the Sponsor with respect to the Contest, and supersede all prior communications, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional advertisement, social media post, or third-party description of the Contest, these Terms shall prevail.
